Ordered as part of a big order for my new CX-5 and like others have stated in their review, shipping is fairly quick. Now on to the cargo tray mat.... you can tell right away that this this is going to be durable, it's relatively thick rubber and covers the cubby holes in the left/right side. I believe this is the only cargo tray that covers those cubby holes.

I received this mat in error, ordered the all weather floor mats and soft cargo cover. Called customer service and spoke to a nice gentleman that checked my order and apologized for the mistake and he would check to see if I should just keep it or send it back. He called back shortly and said my mats would be shipped tomorrow and to keep the mat because it was their error. Now that's customer service!!! These guys are the best, great pricing, fast shipping and the best customer service I've ever had. Thanks again!!! And the mat is great over the soft cover, won't have to worry about muddy paws from my dog.

This Cargo Tray is a fairly heavy rubber material and fit my 2016.5 CX-5 G.T. perfectly. With the rubber surface nothing slides around as you travel around town.
Highly recommend this Cargo Tray and Med Center Mazda.

Pleasure doing business with you. I ordered two cargo trays. My daughter has same vehicle . As soon as I entered the order a gentleman from MedCenter Mazda called to confirm my order. He wanted to make sure it was not a mistake that I ordered 2. He then assured me they would go right out. 2 days later I had my mats! The fact that they were cheaper than anywhere else I checked made this a great deal for genuine OEM parts. I would not hesitate to do business with them again for any future needs.
