I ordered the roof rack and cross bar package for my 2013 CX-5. Shipment was fast, everything came in one box, shipped properly with padding. All parts are OEM, the order came with instructions and the fasteners for securing everything to the roof. Really happy with this purchase! thanks!

Genuine OEM Mazda parts! The price was great, they shipped fast AND the shipping was free. I installed everything myself in about 2 hours. I was actually fairly simple. The included instructions are pretty clear but I'd also recommend watching one of the many DIY tutorials on YouTube before you install. They provide some good tips that the instructions don't. I saved over $350 doing it myself. The dealership wanted $650 for parts and installation. Do you know what I can buy with $350? A lot. You won't be disappointed with these.

Shopped for a long time looking between oem and not. Glad I went OEM and with mazdaparts.
The instructions were simple and install only took about an hour with a hacksaw.
Once on my cx-5 looked even cxier.

The instructions are very well done and I would suggest you take the time to read them to fully comprehend them. A screwdriver and a pair of snips to cut the trench cover strip and the 9mm socket wrench is about all you need. The rails are easily scratched though so that is the only negative and the load bars are barely strong enough for anything other than looking good. To really support a roof load like bikes you still need aftermarket bars like Thule.

I called around to several dealers in the area, they all wanted at least $100 more than Med Center. Shipping was a breeze and it arrived on time. Had the side rails installed by a local dealer and I put the crossbars on myself. The crossbar installation is very easy. I don't know if they've been updated, but the instructions were pretty straight forward. This is a great option to not get ripped off by other dealers! I haven't used the rack yet but I plan on installing bike racks for a camping trip this Memorial Day weekend. Everything seems very solid.

Bought this rack online because my local dealer wanted almost $100 more for it and a Thule rack system was insanely expensive. Was concerned I wouldn't be able to install myself, but that was no problem -- some bolts and some sliding together of the crossbars and it was on. However, you'll need a small cutting tool to cut the metal rail that was taken off to install the rack, but that was easy too. Package was shipped quickly and nicely packaged for protection.
